                  Area 2 Storm Sewer Seperation Project,                    Summer of 2017.

It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Performance Construction & Engineering, LLC.  The purpose of this project was to separate the storm sewer system from the sanitary system and the work included installing new storm sewer pipes while avoiding existing services and other utilities.  The project took place in a well established older neighborhood in town and PCE was very adept to working in these type of conditions.  This project also involved utitlity crossing on an IDOT roadway near downtown Batavia where attention to detail was critical and PCE stayed on top of it.  PCE proformed the work keeping constant communication with the City and City's representative in a timely and professional manner and were always highly responsive.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with PCE in the future.
